Work great! Shipping pricey for such a tiny package that can use letter postage, but very happy with the item and the speed of delivery.

Leather tabs do the job and the customer service is outstanding!

The flag pole tabs is a great usable product. I was surprised how easy it was to sew on my flag. I didn't even need to use a heavy-duty needle. The one big problem was I ordered one day shipping for a extra 9.99 for a time sensitive order and it took over a week to get here. I live 30 minutes away in MA. I missed my deadline by a day and had to give my client a 10%discount. I understand that shipping can be difficult in the world today but companies must be realistic about shipping times and inform their costumers accordingly. Even after I complained about it the company did nothing to remedy the situation. I was very disappointed in the service. They could have at least emailed me to inform me there would be a shipping problem
