Flagman of America Proudly only uses the most reliable shipping carriers USPS, UPS & Fedex

Flagman of America is NOT responsible for missed delivery dates. Delivery dates are always an estimated day. Refunds will not be made for missed estimated delivery dates.

As an ecommerce store, Flagman of America has the right to capture payment BEFORE we process and ship the product.

Most stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Exclusions apply. 

Flat Rate Shipping Speed: Flagman of America will use the most cost effective ground carrier

 

All packages insured up to $100 standard.

Flagman of America is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Our staff will do everything in our power to help correct the situation with the shipping carrier. 

FEDEX Tracking Numbers are only valid for 90 days. Claims of missing packages must be reported BEFORE the tracking number expires. After the tracking number expires, we can no longer enter claims with the carriers and no refunds or credits will be issued.

USPS Tracking Numbers are only valid for 120 days. Claims of missing packages must be reported BEFORE the tracking number expires. After the tracking number expires, we can no longer enter claims with the carriers and no refunds or credits will be issued.

 Freight Shipments

Signing the delivery slip for a shipment is agreeing that everything was received in perfect condition and free of damage of any kind with all parts enclosed. Whoever is signing for the shipment, MUST inspect all products/parts BEFORE signing. Once the item(s) are signed for, no credits, refunds or exchanged will be issued. If a customer finds that any goods were damaged during freight, to refuse the shipment and notify Flagman of America immediately! 800-835-2462
