Shipping Policy

Flagman of America only uses the most reliable shipping carriers in USPS and UPS. We also only offer to use their main shipping services. Economy services such as USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Surepost are NOT offered. Although less expensive, the amount of issues encountered with these are not worth the savings. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Flagman of America is NOT responsible for missed delivery dates. Delivery dates are always an estimated day. Refunds will not be made for missed estimated delivery dates.

As an ecommerce store, Flagman of America has the right, and chooses to capture payment BEFORE we process and ship any product. 

Most stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Exclusions apply. 

Free or Flat Rate Shipping Options: Flagman of America will use the most cost effective ground carrier and do not guarantee any delivery dates. 

All packages insured up to $100 standard.

Flagman of America is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Our staff will do everything in our power to help correct the situation with the shipping carrier. 

UPS Tracking Numbers are only valid for 120 days after delivery. Claims of missing packages must be reported BEFORE the tracking number expires. After the tracking number expires, we can no longer enter claims with the carriers and no refunds or credits will be issued.

FEDEX Tracking Numbers are only valid for 90 days. Claims of missing packages must be reported BEFORE the tracking number expires. After the tracking number expires, we can no longer enter claims with the carriers and no refunds or credits will be issued.

 Freight Shipments

Signing the delivery slip for a shipment is agreeing that everything was received in perfect condition and free of damage of any kind with all parts enclosed. Whoever is signing for the shipment, MUST inspect all products/parts BEFORE signing. Once the item(s) are signed for, no credits, refunds or exchanged will be issued. If a customer finds that any goods were damaged during freight, to refuse the shipment and notify Flagman of America immediately! 800-835-2462

USPS Claims & Customer Service

USPS Priority Mail claims cannot be filed until 15 days AFTER your package has stopped moving / has been lost. USPS does NOT offer commercial customer service. We cannot call any rep to help look into your package other than the same generic customer service line the customer can call. If your tracking HAS updated/moved in the last 15 days, there is not help we can offer you. If the tracking for your package has NOT moved for 15 days, we can THEN file a claim with USPS to report the package lost. Once we hear back on if the claim has been approved for denied (usually within 2-3 business days) we can then issue you a refund or ship a replacement package.
