Placed online order then next day price dropped

flags are great, but customer service/pricing not so much
called Avon, CT store and person could not answer questions about gauge, durability and if you could custom order better quality - told us to order on line
ordered on line (so order still being processed) and then price dropped next day but they did not adjust price
